REFUNDS AND RETURNS- ARE RETURNS ALLOWED? Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You can return anything purchased from our online store within 5 days "no
questions asked". Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Incomplete items will face a minimum 15% stocking fee. WE WILL ACCEPT RETURNS OF AUCTION ITEMS ONLY IF THEY FAIL TO MEET THE DESCRIPTIONS AS POSTED IN OUR AUCTIONS. Payment Policy:

Shipping WHERE SHIPPED: All 50 US States and Canada.
SHIPPING OPTION: We rate via UPS as this is the only option available on eBay but we ship via DHL. For items weighing less than 160 pounds, DHL Ground service may be used. You are welcome to use your UPS account or we will be happy to arrange UPS Ground Shipping for you. COST: Variable based on item and ship to address. We will include all shipping information in our listings. Fees STATE TAXES: Taxes applicable for a California delivery address. HANDLING FEES: There are additional handling fees. All shipping fees or the tools to calculate shipping are posted on every listing. DELIVERY- WHEN SHIPPED: Many times we can ship the same day we receive payment otherwise they will ship with in 24 to 48 hours after payment is received (weekdays only). To expedite shipping *please include your shipping address with a contact phone number when you submit payment. Once we have confirmed shipping information, we can expedite shipping very quickly. Unless otherwise stated, we can ship within 24 hours of receiving your payment and confirmed shipping information. FREQUENCY OF SHIPPING: Shipments occur Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. Our shipping cutoff is 3pm each day. We are "NOT RESPONSIBLE" for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, or inclement weather. Any damage during shipping must be reported at the time of delivery and noted on the bill of lading before signing for delivery.
